Herbal Cup Ayurveda Ashwagandha Tea, Organic Anti-Stress, No Caffeine Herbal Supplement (16 Count, Pack of 6)

When work stress got to me so badly that I was making terrible sleep/eating decisions, I noticed that this tea (and the Women's Herbal Cup from the same brand) had a noticeable impact on my self-control. The ability to make healthy decisions in the face of overwhelm is a huge blessing. I use this when I need a little extra help, but it tastes good on its own, too. This tea makes me a little drowsy, which I didn't notice with the Women's Herbal Cup. I think this tea has valerian, and the other one doesn't. Either way, I highly recommend.

I have advanced GERD, so I can't drink coffee, green, white or black tea. For years I've been drinking plain Chamomile tea - and it's fine. But if you've had chamomile tea, you know that it's 1) an acquired taste and 2) kind of blah. I'm always trying new "anti-stress" types of tea, as long as they don't have problematic/irritating ingredients in them. Until trying this tea, I've never found any of them very enjoyable and would simply go back to Chamomile. No more. Now chamomile is on the back burner. I still drink it, but not as much. I absolutely LOVE the taste of this tea. It's smooth and pleasant and enjoyable. I honestly don't know if it gets rid of stress - but I do feel uplifted after I drink it. Maybe it's just because it's so tasty. I know tea is subjective - I mean I have probably tried about 20 other types of similar teas, only to be disappointed. But if you're looking at this and wondering, wonder no more - just give it a try. I think you'll like it.

Love it works well with relaxing and Ease of falling and staying asleep.

Love this tea and very relaxing. The flavor could be a little bit stronger but it does relax me and I have noticed it helps me digest when I have a big meal! Love the fact that it is caffeine free.

This tea works well to help relieve stress and I recommend it quite often. It has really helped me out on days when my stress is overwhelming. I can't recommend this enough to the people I know. My only concern is that the tea bags aren't always properly sealed so the leaves spill out. Doesn't happen too often but often enough that is quite noticeable.

Tried the capsules with not much help. The tea works we'll for me, allowing me to return to sleep after the inevitable trips to the toilet.

So glad you had my hubby's tea. It's hard to find it & get a good deal too.
