Was bought as a birthday gift for my husband. He loves it! It's on the heavier side, which he liked. It really nice in person, too. Pictures don't do it justice!

I loved this necklace when I saw it for sale. When I received it, it looks much larger than expected and not a daily wear type of item... more costume-like in my opinion. That's not the problem.The ring connector that is required since you can't put it over your head, is poorly constructed. I felt like I almost broke it or at least weakened it by opening and closing one time. It felt like it would break after the next wear or two so I was very disappointed and returned it. If it had a different ring, it would be 5 stars.

The necklace seems great but I got this as a Christmas gift for my husband to replace his old one and when I checked out the little pouch it comes with, the string broke on the left side. I went to tighten to close the pouch and before it even closed all the way, it just snapped. Pretty disappointed since this is a gift and I may have to buy another pouch for it or a necklace box before I give it to him.

Was expecting it to be weighty, but not as heavy as it is. It's not going to break your neck, but the Mjolnir is quite heavy and the chain is quite bulky and heavy as well.If you're into bulky necklaces and like to have weight with them, this is the perfect necklace. If you're looking for something that won't knock your teeth out when you go for a run, look elsewhere.The designs on the entire piece are nice, not crazy detailed, but get the point across (the wolves, look like wolves). The durability seems fine, I wouldn't drop it, but it definitely could come in handy if you run into trouble in a seedy part of town.

This is an absolutely beautiful piece of jewelry. I am giving it to my brother this Christmas because he loves Nordic items.The detail in the wolves and the chain links is remarkable. The twin wolves look fierce and accentuate this piece brilliantly.I highly recommend this item. Male or female, if you like Nordic jewelry, this is an amazing piece. The chain can also be purchased in multiple sizes. It is quite a heavy piece, so if you don't like a lot of weight around your neck, this won't work.I will try to update once my brother receives this gift.

As gaudy as this necklace is, it isn't super cheap or junk feeling. It's heavy and decent quality. The back of the hammer is also nice not blank. I'm actually really annoyed that it came in a pleather bag with no "Viking" brand name on it though (supposed to be a leather bag as depicted). Bought it as a gift for my boyfriend that's wanted it for ages. It's probably worth about 30$ but I just gave in and paid the 50$ -_- It doesn't break, heavy duty! That's all that matters.
