I bought this product but there was absolutely no seal on it? Is it supposed to be sealed?

If not, we would like you to please contact us directly with your order number, lot number from the bottom of the container and complete mailing address. Why have you changed the label?? i used to use the one that said for cats and dogs, and it worked great. when i went to reorder, this one came up.
