I would say large, since I wear the XL and weigh 250.

No, this product is not scented.

What is a booster pad?

Hello! This product is not a pad, it is underwear made for those with incontinence to protect them from leaks! We hope this helps.

Can you wear these swimming

The Depend Fit-Flex is not recommended for pool use. For pool use, you would want to use a swim diaper. We recommend the Swimmates disposable swim diaper. Please click on the attached link to view this product. Please let us know if you have any questions. We are happy to help.
