Fendall Pure Flow 1000 Emergency Eye Wash Station Trilingual Refill Cartridges (32-001050-0000-H5)

As others mentioned, read the instructions or better yet, watch the video for the eyewash station online. Only comments: All three kits had a manufacturing date of one month prior. If one follows protocol, that means two months are lost because of this fact. So 22 months prior to replacement versus 24. Other comment, the straps are very tight when installing and you have to be very careful when routing and securing on to the grab bar. Very little room for error and the possibility of breaking the seal during installation. Other than that, I will buy again in a couple years.

Great replacement set! Fit as expected.

Installed both Fendall 1000 and two saline solution containers....both purchased from Amazon. Fendall installation went OK, no major issues. However, saline solution "leaked" when closing the handle. Thus, total loss of solution!!! We are not exactly sure why or how this happened, but we are forced to buy another $140 set of cartridges to try it again. TILT. UPDATE: we successfully installed a second batch of saline containers. The problem was poor instructions saying "remove all seals" or something like that. Employee removed the white seal (shown in the photo) which was a MISTAKE, and the saline drained out. KEEP THE WHITE SEAL UNBROKEN. The white seal is broken by the mechanism when the eyewash is operated, and saline will pour out. I'd give it 5 stars, except only 4 for misleading installation instructions. I think this Fendakll 1000 unit is better (and a little cheaper) than our prior Fendall 2000, which we had for several years but that -- let's say -- self destructed one day.

Product is just fine but the price went up $70 since July '23 when I last bought a set. Seems like a steep increase in just 7 months?!

Absolutely ridiculous. It is clear by the way the package was received that this product was damaged before being sent and still processed. Clearly a returned item. The item was poly bagged, trash bagged, single boxed with packing peanuts, then double boxed with packing peanuts. The item is unfit for service and should've been disposed of properly instead of being sent in this condition.

The product came with good dating and arrived early.

Tamper evident seal missing in package. Found all other parts, including Inspection Tag and Instructions in plastic bag. Seal not present. Broke down shipping box and verified seal not hidden. Please send seal so I can use as designed.
