Why? It's a pain in the fricken ear to put in. Ideally it would be easier to wear if the anchor was off centered just a tad or adjustable. Or even if the barbell screwed off and on at the anchor itself.Once you've got it on, and it has to fit your ear in the first place, which it does on me, the irritation goes away and it's a fun piece to wear. Many people have complimented me on this bar so that's where the fourth star comes from.
