Irwin T10765 Folding Hex Key Set, 2.0mm-8.0mm, 7 Pieces

Would be 5 star but they take the mickey a bit. So you've just bought a great quality set of Hex keys (which these are by the way, high quality, colour coding makes it easy to find amongst the tools and the keys can take a fair bit of weight behind them and don't mince the tips like cheaper sets so you can actually reuse them again and again so no need to buy another set any time soon. Great). However, they arrive and the bolt that the keys hinge on is slightly loose so they are all flopping about semi uncontrollably which lead to scratching surfaces when tightening. No biggie, just tighten the pin up a bit. Wait, what? You need a Hex key to do that! Why are they not a slotted head that way you can use just about anything to tighten it even a house key. The whole point of why I'm buying a Hex Key set is because I don't have any Hex Keys. That's like needing a special key you have but can't use to get into the restricted access special key for that particular door making facility so you can use a special key you already have but couldn't use but can now, so now you have 2 keys. They should just sell them in pairs honestly. (Hope you followed that, I barely did :-D)

Good allen keys only down side is they are a bit loose and you need an Allen key to tighten them up. Other than that they are very solid Allen keys.

Nothing wrong with the quality it's just bulky for the number of allen keys.

So I bought these to use at work as a small kit for when on the move between sites, typically for those smaller jobs when a full bag of tools are not required.They are as others say huge! Considering there’s only 7 hex keys in this case it’s massive which can cause issues if space is limited.Keys are well made and accurate to size.I can’t mark it’s down for it’s size as for what I use it for it’s fine, but in hindsight maybe I should of bought the ball end set that Irwin do (chances are I’ll probably buy it at a later date)

Nice little took I use it to open up the actuators on the fire dampers at work so if your doctor it's a really convenient buy
