Can someone just confirm the recommended  dilution so how many milliliters per litre

The dosage for maximus is 2ml of additive to every 1 ltr of diesel fuel .add directly in to fuel tank at fill up time ,as an example if you have just put 20 ltrs of diesel in your car then you would add 40ml of maximus .

Question 2

Does it remove water as well or should I use dryer along with it?

as far as i know this product does not remove water from fuel, there should be a drain plug on the base of your fuel filter housing to remove water from the fuel system if any is present? i use b7 diesel and not bio diesels so im not clued up on a dryer product ?

If i accidentally overdose the additive will it have a negative impact?

Lots of variables ..... Is it first use ?  How much overdose ? Was tank full ? Etc, etc.
I wouldn't worry, just wait until you have filled up twice, then carry on as usual.
As long as you don't overdose every fill, no sweat.
I use a big Hypodermic Syringe to squirt addative in tank.

Question 4

Hi can I use it (maybe just one off) to 1:100 ratio? That is 500ml bottle in my 50liter tank?

500ml to a 50 liter fill up makes that 10ml to each ltr making that 5 times the recommended dose suggested by hydra,would suggest contacting hydra directly for technical advise to make sure that at those ratios it wont have a detrimental affect on injection pump seals or injectors internals depending on what type of system you have either an older rotary mechanical system or a modern high pressure common rail system . there is also a possibility  that the  ratio suggested could affect the way the diesel fuel ignites in the cylinder on compression which could result in  piston, cylinder ,or even valve damage  ,suggest hydras advice first before using at that ratio,hope this answer is helpfull !
