The removable lumbar pad cushion is held in place by Velcro and so can be adjusted a couple of inches in any direction. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one for my wife.This seems to be a Regular-Size belt that fits waits from 28 to 45 inches (tight). The seller should have stated the supported waist sizes for this product rather than simply calling it a "Universal sized (one size fits most) product" so that customers can decide if this is the size they need.
