I usually wear a Women's US 10/Euro 41. My boys both wear Nike, which are sized as US 12/Euro 46 and the 46 is this shoe fit them fine. I ordered the 6.5 and they fit great, I previously tried the 7.5 and they were too big, when they got wet the water would suction them right off of my foot. The elastic ties are great to make the shoe tighter and the water drains out of them easily. Not to mention they are super cute and stylish. I wouldn't recommend hiking in the them or walking far distances because it can be a little hard on the feet as there is no support.
