Is the hood double material or lined?

Lined with material, but not thin. Quality very good.

Is this fleece material on the outside or smooth jersey material outside with fleece feel inside please?

It has smooth outside and fleece style inner, very comfortable, sure to keep you warm

Hi - does anyone know what size chest the medium hoodie fits please? Thanks!

I'm 40 inch chest & fits me with some to spare

Does the large size fit up to 44 inch chest ok

No I wouldn’t think so but I like them bigger, think it would be too tight for a 44in chest. I think ex large would be better.
