It is a guilt-free alternative to traditional fried snacks. it is high in plant-based protein and rich in dietary fiber. It's crunchy, taste is also good. Ideal for weight-watchers, it offers the traditional, tangy and spicy taste of classic street-side Chana Jor Garam. it can be eaten directly from the pack or tossed with chopped onions, tomatoes, and lemon juice to make a quick chaat. Though it claims to be 100% oil free, in the ingredients list the last ingredient is written as "a pinch of ground nut oil", which is not a very deal. I love the fact that they have disclosed all the ingredients on the back of the pack.

Don't buy . It's hard to eat
Don't buy. It's very hard to eat. Not at all crunchy and that's why they are selling it for cheap price. I would suggest give a little above money but but good quality product. This chana is hard as rock to eat.

*No Oil, Tasty & Crunchy* I'd been searching oil-free snack for so longg and finally got the find. Omay Foods oil-free chana jor is sooo tasty and masaledaar that I can binge on it without any guilt. Love the crunch. Look forward to try Omay Foods other snacks.
