Does this actually have two magnetic catches top and bottom or does it just have the 1 by the handle?

One by the door. If you get one & it's too tall for your doorway & you decide to cut it down to fit, be aware that at the bottom & top of each panel are 'screws' you must remove these from the sawn off pieces & screw them back in to the base or top, or else your panels will slide out. Took us a whole afternoon to fathom out this door although now it's up it does look good

Can the width b cut to 55cm

the width can only be altered by remooving whole panels .It is quite easy to do if needed

can i get 2 pvc concertina doors to fit a 4 metre opening

Hi No they fit only standard size Doorframes. You just need to find PVC door that fits your Requirements Which you will find In Amazon or elsewhere Cheers!
