Being of a certain age (peri-menopause) I was starting to notice my chin and facial hair more than before. I have blonde hair so it's only very fine, but face creams and makeup were pilling on the hairs and my face was looking a bit too fluffy for my liking! I've been reluctant about shaving my face (dermaplaning) for fear I'd end up with unslighly, rough stubble, but decided to give this facial trimmer a try due to the numerous good reviews. It's compact and looks pretty (I got rose gold) and it's so quick and easy to use. The flat head does your cheeks, chin and upper lip and the pointy end around your eyebrows. It actually works, I was really impressed! Zero pain and the trimmer just gently glides over your skin, using it in small circular motions. It says it's not for shaping eyebrows but I've found it works perfectly well for what I'm after - just tidying up long, messy hairs around and in between my brows. You remove the little heads to clean away the fuzz, which was satisfying - there was this tiny ball of blonde fuzz, which was easy to remove and throw away. My face looks and feels smooth and no irritation whatsoever. Makeup glides on beautifully now. I do a little touch-up once a week or so, but it only takes a minute or two. Overall, a great bit of kit. I just wish it came with a small pouch to store it in. It's UBS chargeable too, which I think is better than batteries.

Purchased the item so I could deal with my eyebrows (I've recently moved to the countryside and there's nowhere to get my brows threaded) and I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Easy to use, does the job, no skin irritation and a great colour (purple). Highly recommend.

Luckily I have just peach fuzz on my upper lip but there are a few 'rouge' hairs amongst them. I also get 'stragglers' underneath the ends of my brows. I am a retired beautitian and trained in waxing and brow shaping but it seems a lot of effort/cost to heat up a whole pot of wax for just a handful of hairs, so I decided a wee gadget like this would be ideal. I was not sure if it was a mini shaver that cut off the hairs or an epilator that pulled them out, but decided to give it a try. It is a shaver so I know I will get quicker regrowth than with waxing/epilating, but it cuts very close without irritation. Although I will have to do it more often the ease and simplicity of doing it will counterbalance the effort of waxing. The trimmer reminds me of one of the posh, chunky mascara tubes and is easy and light to manoeuvre. My husband has hairy ears and it worked well on these using the lip attatchment for the flat areas and the brow shaper for the intricate bits. It was not very successful on his thick long nasal hairs, but I was pleasantly surprised by the way the ear hairs collected inside/underneath the blade head to be easily cleaned away with the little brush supplied. Re. People saying the heads came off during use. The heads clip on with two push and turn slots (like a light bulb). The first time I tried I only got one side in, when they were both in right it was good and firm. The flat lip one is a little more 'tricky' to attatch (especially for old athritic fingers) than the domed brow one. To sum up; this seems good on light, sparse'ish hair growth and small areas. For coarser, thicker hair and larger areas such as body hair I think it would struggle and take a long time. I am pleased with it so far, have awarded stars for it's performance on one trim of upper lip/ears and will update after I've tried it on my brows. It's a nice looking gadget, the sales box was nice if it was given for a gift, although the moulded plastic insert was a bit flimsy and didn't hold all the bits supplied. (I like to lay my gadets out in their containers in my dressing table drawer for ease of use.) Came very quickly even on free delivery, well packed for transit and easy to undo. Over-all I am pleased with my purchase.

Very pleased. Exactly what I needed. Takes a bit of getting used to for a beginner. It has really tidied my cuticles, instead of using a cuticle cutter which made them uneven.

Good product for painless facial hair removal but the attachment for eyebrows is not that effective as the facial one, fast charging though its getting hot while on charging

Really lightweight and easy to use. Only arrived this week so only used it once but the results look good so far-just have to wait to see how long it takes for the growth to reappear.

Excellent and smooth looking skin works really good with small hairs on face eyebrows.
