Soft Plyo Box Wooden Core

Seems quite durable so far and ordered this one for my wife. I'm almost 300lbs but have my own plyo box that is much bigger but from the construction I think it would hold me if not jumping on it. Its much to small for me with size 14 and very tall but very nice for someone with size 7's and shorter legs to get nice workout. Seems quite stable for the few times used already.

Got this Plyometric box to add to my garage gym for my two energetic kids (8 and 10), and it’s been a total hit! The size I got (16x14x12) is perfect for them – not too big, not too small. It's got a tough wooden core with a cushioned vinyl cover that’s both safe and easy to clean. They use it for jumps and step-ups. The stability is great, so no worries about it tipping over or sliding around during their antics.This box has been a fantastic investment. It's super sturdy, handles all their energy, and keeps them active while I'm with them in the gym. If you need something to keep your kids occupied and off the furniture, this is it. Highly recommend it – just wish it also did chores!

Quality feels great, I am 200 pounds and feel totally sturdy. My workout partner is 350 pounds and had no issues (no creaking or sounds when using!). The box is a tad small in terms of surface space but the quality for the price is great and it takes up less space if that's an issue for you.

Just received. It looks good and seems sturdy. We gave it a quick try. It definitely can handle 200lbs and probably much more.

I ordered this because I wanted something I could use in place of a traditional bench. I’m only 5’1, a bench was too high. I’d get pain in my back and groin or hips trying to use it for alternative exercises. Even being really flexible, it was hard on my joints.I used this today for strength training. I did jump squats, split squats, hip thrusts, inclined push ups, step ups, crunches. Lol you name it. With or without weight, it held up pretty well. I never felt like I was going to fall. My boyfriend also used it but he’s a lot taller so it wasn’t as easy for him. I think this would work well for anyone smaller in stature that finds a traditional bench too tall.My only complaint is this is very light. I felt stable, but in some of my heavier sets (using upwards of 20 lbs), I really had to be sure to equalize my weight or I was going to tip over. The box never gave me the impression it would. But I was very aware of the fact that it slips a bit under heavy movements. So I’d really be sure you’re using this on a mat, or against a wall. If it were heavier, it would be perfect.

It's great

Needed this for certain workouts for my legs and knees. Can also be used for total floor workouts. Great for home or gym. I like that it has different heights for each side. It is also very heavy to avoid tipping. Caution when using the highest height as it can be wobbly and it is not as stable. For slow step it should be fine. It is built very tough to endure the amount of use, steps and jumping that I don’t see or feel any damages. Use on carpet is adequate and excellent on flat non carpet flooring. Looks like the price has increased since my purchase but still worth the money. I hate leg day but I totally recommend this product!

I love it, kids love it, great for quick strength and conditioning exercises, and even good for reaching those high places. Well made, used alot so far and still feels solid, take my 13st!
