KG Physio Foam Roller For Deep Tissue Muscle Massage - 13"x5"

A foam roller was recommended to me by a sports therapist following a massage for ongoing niggles in my lower right leg and foot whilst training for my first marathon. I can honestly say it has been fabulous and makes such a difference. I use it almost every day. I always foam roll after a run and will also use it pre run or just to relieve tight muscles on a non running day or if I have muscle soreness. Like other people have noted it’s a pity there is no instructions but to be honest there is lots of information on the internet and I found a really good exercise on you tube that was about 15 minutes and I followed the instructions and now either do the full workout or just the muscles I feel need to be foam rolled. It does take a bit of practice but is amazing and I aided my recovery following my first marathon. Be prepared for some duscomfirt but it’s one of those things that whilst can be uncomfortable actually brings really good relief. Touch wood I am not having the problems with my right leg and foot and although that is not just because of the roller it certainly has been an integral part of my plan. I would highly recommend.

Very impressed with this roller it really helps to work out the knots in those hard to reach places, it does hurt a little but the rewards are well worth it and weirdly it's kind of nice to feel it working on those deep muscles. however there is a fair bit of work needed to reach the right spot and you will find yourself in some strange positions. i knocked a star off because there are no instructions enclosed with the product and i had to look online for guidance, there is a right and wrong way to use a foam roller so if you are thinking of buying this product i would suggest buying a cheap guide book at the same time. all in all a very good well made item.

Love this. Can be hard to use initially but once you figure it out and go online to find different techniques it is perfect. Love just straightening my back out in the morning through rolling on this. I love the little dents, i have a sore spot deep in my back from muscle knots and this one hits perfectly

The product came promptly and was packaged well enough. I must say this item is very sturdy and harder than it looks. For anyone looking for something a bit squishy don't bother.This is very firm and robust and ideal to unwind muscles. I was looking for something to help post pilates class and this does the trick. Very happy.

I bought this after using a foam rollers regularly at the gym. I wanted one that was fairly firm but otherwise just wanted something sturdy and well rated that wasn't too pricey. I'm disappointed with this one. It's not circular, it's maybe 10 or 12-sided which means it's doesn't roll as smoothly as a circular rollers. Additionally, the outside of it is a sort of slightly rubbery plastic which my clothing tends to slip over rather than grip, and it bunches the yoga mat up underneath. As a result of all of these things you can't get a nice long smooth roll on it, particularly up your back and shoulders, which I find frustrating.

After suffering from several months of aches and pains due to wear and tear, a friend told me of the benefits of a foam roller, so i decided to purchase this item.Immediatley upon opening it i found it to be very well made and strong, i am a big lad and was worried if it would last, but it is more than up to the task, i have found it to perform very well and has indeed helped with my mobility issues.Highly recommended.

This product is great! For lower back pain it has been my salvation. Just a couple of min a day and I can really feel the different.Was surprised with the quality.

Very firm, more so than my last roller, I wasn’t expecting it but am very pleased. Always wanted one of this calibre. Really gets in there. So painful the day after a gym session but well worth it and eases the soreness.

Spedizione nei tempi previsti.E' decisamente troppo duro; dovrebbe essere in schiuma, ma la consistenza è quella della plastica!L'ho acquistato per fare riabilitazione muscolare su tutto il corpo ma nelle aree più sensibili, come polpacci o dorsali, risulta troppo doloroso. E' utilizzabile solo per le zone ampie nelle quali c'è bisogno di pressione e profondità maggiori (cosce, per esempio).Se, come me, lo volete acquistare per delle sedute di stretching settimanali total body, questo non è adatto; optate per qualcosa di più morbido.

Also ich habe von dieser Rolle (war meine erste) blaue flecken am Rücken bekommen. Das Rollenmuster hat sich quasi in Blauen Flecken auf meinen Rücken Abgezeichnet. Das habe ich etwas komisch gefunden und sie wieder zurück geschickt. Habe mir eine Flache zugelegt und keine Flecken bekommen.Positiv muss ich sagen das die Rolle ein angenehmes Gewicht hatte. Jetzt habe ich eine Leichtere die gerne mal etwas weg rutscht. Die blieb an Ort und stelle. Gut hat sich auch mit den Stacheln fest gehalten ^^

Pacco arrivato nei tempi. Ottima fattura anche se mi aspettavo che fosse più morbido ma, non avendolo mai usato, forse mi ero fatta aspettative sbagliate. Seguendo il corso si kayla itsines sto imparando ad usarlo e devo dire che è utilissimo per sciogliere i muscoli! Veramente una bell'attrezzo

Genial. Por menos de 12€ un rodillo de espuma para automasaje. Hace 2 meses que lo compre y lo llevo usando un par de veces al dia y en la zona de los pinchos se queda la espuma como agrietada por su elasticidad al darle presion.Creo que un año lo aguantara bien.

Buonissimo prodotto, dotato di una solida struttura. Utilissimo per massaggiare la schiena.Consegna efficiente e veloce, nonostante il periodo sia molto difficile.

Lo adoro, è fantastico e utilissimo. Resistente ma non troppo duro essendo in schiuma la pressione sul corpo è più soft,il colore è sgargiante. Perfetto per fare gli esercizi. Non do 5 stelle perché è arrivato senza un minimo di istruzioni e trovo che per un attrezzo fitness/yoga sia indispensabile un minimo di istruzione di utilizzo.

Prodotto estremamente utile per le attività fisiche di scioglimento dei muscoli. Una volta imparato tramite i tanti video presenti in rete un corretto utilizzo, fornisce un ottimo contributo di massaggio e rilassamento. Molto valido visto anche il prezzo.

Buon prodotto,ne troppo duro ne troppo morbido a mio avviso,l'unica pecca è che non ha gli spuntoni su tutta la superficie ma sono intervallati da due zone lisce,quindi bisogna posizionarli con cura tenendo conto della rotazione

Il prodotto risponde pienamente alle caratteristiche. Esistono molti video per imparare ad usarlo con gradualità per sciogliere i muscoli. Le prime volte è possibile che si avverta un po' di dolore perché è duro, ma deve esserlo per svolgere la sua funzione. Ottimo accessorio

Il primo che utilizzo, e mi trovo bene. Quando i muscoli sono molto tesi il rullo può risultare troppo duro...non ne ho mai utilizzati altri quindi non posso fare paragoni

Modello praticamente identico a quello prodotto per marchi importanti del fitness. Lo uso in palestra con regolarità.Consigliato anche perchè economico
