When you finish the product you have an air tight container for alternative storage uses !

It's not granules but powder so best if mix what want into a paste with cold water then add hot. Nice consistency that way and good taste. Good value for money considering what pay for a small carton in shops. Got a good date on it too. Will definitely keep using.
