Unfortunately not clear
I got this set of shampoo and conditioner to add shine to my condition masked grey to shine out. Unfortunately they didn’t make it clear that this set is not for grey coloured hair it’s only for natural grey/silver hair. This set stripped the grey colour from my hair leaving it a patchy silver light blond. Been trying to embrace my grey white hair. By adding silver grey masks to my bleached hair. Hopefully will leave these enhancements when my natural grey silver come through the bleached hair. It’s been hectic. This set will be excellent for my natural grey silver hair.

definatley not for natural grey hair
absolute garbage, give the money you were thinking of spending on this to charity. itll be more worth while and make u feel happier thank this shampoo. doesn't make natural grey enhanced at all. nice lather, no effectiveness and didnt improve hair texture. hair dryness the same. no leaking.

So very dispointed!
It smells odd, really odd! It has left my hair flat, my head itchy and it has not brightened my grey / silver hair, of which I have many! My hair looks very yellow. So very sad. I will have to be washing my hair again in the morning. I can’t leave it this weird colour.

Not a purple shampoo. VERY drying
I have used another version of this brand before and loved it. I couldn't get the same version so thought I would try this. I am very disappointed. It said it brightens white/grey hair but this is not a tinted shampoo. I tend to have greasy hair but using this leaves my hair dry and rough.

Both bottle tops were open in package
Ordered shampoo and conditioner, delivered by Prime. Both bottle click tops were open, some of the shampoo had leaked out into the cardboard packing making the inside very sticky. I have kept these items as I am away for the next couple of weeks and want to take them with me. But not sure I would buy again.

Terrible stuff Don't ruin your hair with it.
Why did you choose this product over others?: Made my hair harsh dull and stick8ng up all over. Can't do anything with it. Need to pay a hairdresser to try and undo the mess these shampoo and Conditioner have done to my once shiny long hair. Disgusted.

Poor quality. Is this fake or a rejected item?
Not the quality I was expecting, the bottle looks like it has been printed badly. Which makes me question if it is a rejected product from the manufacturer or it might be fake? Will not be purchasing again.

not unscented as advertised
I couldn't use it as it has a very strong smell and is not unscented as advertised this is just to let other customers know so that you don't encounter the same problem. It's not returnable either so just to be aware.
