Fiddly to fit bit a good replacement
The product is a good replacement for the Charge HR band should it become damaged. The band is quite fiddly to fit but this is more a fault of the original design (when Fitbit didn’t offer easy or official ways to change straps). The supplied tools are useful. I had to clean the innards of my Charge HR due to previous diy repairs using glue. If you’ve not done this it won’t be an issue. The screws are fiddly. The screwdriver could do with being slightly more magnetic as it’s a bit like one of those arcade arm games getting the tiny screws from a pot to the screw holes. Tip:: always work over a large pot in case the screws fall.In the end I lost one screw but it’s not a big deal as it should hold fine with three, particularly as it’s usually on your wrist.I messed up the button slightly so it’s not perfect, but I think that’s my fault. There’s not really any way to make this job less fiddly as that’s the nature of the original design.Doesn’t come with instructions but there are some on YouTube. Just be sure to read the comments as some of the tutorials are claimed to be erroneous and commenters are complaining it’s messed up their fitbit.I read a comment that this doesn’t fit the UK Charge HR. I’m in the UK and it’s fine. Perhaps the customer had an original Charge which won’t fit in this strap.I would only recommend doing this as a repair as it’s too fiddly and slightly risky to do it purely for cosmetic/fashion reasons.

Outstanding - great quality and easy to fit
I am delighted with my new Fitbit strap. I’m a complete Luddite so was concerned when people said it was fiddly to fit but I found the opposite. It was pretty intuitive (and I cannot stress how rubbish I am at anything involving screwdrivers). Completely agree with other people that you need a clear surface to work on. The tiny screws are impossible to see if they fall on the floor.I love that the strap came with 2 mini screwdrivers. I highly recommend this item. It’s a top quality strap for a bargain price.

Prolongs life of Fitbit but be careful of side button
A good way of prolonging the life of my Fitbit after the original strap broke but I can no longer get the button on the side to work so I have to tap it to operate instead. It's better than the alternative of not being able to use it at all (as the original strap had fallen apart and it was out of warranty) but disappointing to have lost use of the button. The short strap is very short - I have tiny wrists and wear it on one of the larger settings - but this was my fault for not measuring my wrist against the lengths given.

Happy with this
I’m wearing my daughter’s cast-off Fitbit and needed a bigger strap. And actually this is not bad at all.Not very easy to change, but it definitely can be done. The supplied torx driver has a bent handle as noted in another review below but still works effectively with just enough magnetism. When fitting, the thing to watch out for is an element of the replacement case that has to pass between the external button and the watch innards. Easy enough if you notice this: just ease the external button over the new case. If not then you’ll bend the button off like I just did. It can be refitted but it is very fiddly.Quality appears OK. The finish isn’t quite as good as the original with the alignment of the screen very slightly off, but not seriously. Also the new metal buckle is not as nice but it is very easy to transfer the original buckle onto the new band.Over all, I am happy to recommend this.....just watch out for that button.Edit. Wondering about sizing? My wrist is about 7.75 inches and I am using the exact middle hole on the strap so, contrary to the listing the large size would easily fit a wrist up to about 8.25 inches - a bit more if you don’t mind using the last couple of holes.

Easy to Fit, robust alternative to official strap
Well packaged, materials seem to be well made and fit is accurate as per the listing. I would be hestitant to say that its as reliable regards waterproofing/splash proof as when in the original band but thats probably due to having to break the original fit bit out of the manufacturers strap. Comes with screwdrives and a tool to make the extraction easy enough, just make sure to put the tiny screws that fix the strap to the fitbit somewhere safe when making the change, if you drop one of the screws on the floor then good luck finding it! Overall good product.

Replacement strap so I can keep wearing my Fitbit Charge HR
I have had my Fitbit Charge HR since June 2016 so this is 3rd/4th replacement strap. On leaving my previous warehouse job at end or March, I decided to replace my old silicone strap with a leather & metal one as my new job is solely office based. However the leather/metal strap didn't feel right & so I ordered this silicone strap in plum colour. The strap & tools arrived very promptly & the removing the Fitbit from old strap to new one went fairly well until my fella was screwing in the 4th screw on the new strap when the Fitbit cracked around the screw hole so only held in by 3 screws. The new plum strap causes me no discomfort so very happy with my purchase.

No complaints yet!
Arrived quickly and fitted already.Shame there were no instructions as at one point I was left wondering whether I’d ever get the face out of the old strap!Damn those screws are fiddly and small.Been on for a couple of days now, all seems to be functioning well, no complaints from my daughter.

Really upset, Fitbit has been destroyed by this strap
Really disappointed and upset, the method of fitting the Fitbit to this item has lead to it being completely broken beyond repair. You have to pry the case apart to remove the Fitbit from the existing strap, and this has lead to my Fitbit no longer working. In all fairness to the seller they have offered me a refund for the item, but I’m still out a Fitbit which cost significantly more than the cost of this strap. Really unhappy and would not recommend anyone buy this, or at least be aware of the risk of you do!
