Does this come with pillow case? and Is the pillow machine-washable?

No it doesn’t come with a pillow case. To be honest I wouldn’t try putting it in the washing machine due to its size.

I found them on Amazon. Just search Bolster pillow cases.

Inches is 50 by around 17 . I have a kingsize bed and its about 6 inches shorter than the width of it . I use it under my other pillows if that helps
