Brow Styling Soap - Clear Solid Gel for Brushed-Up Eyebrows (Brow Soap)

Ive only used this product and NYX brow glue (clear brow products) to give me a feathery look. Ive got light brows, although the hair itself is dark, it is fine and sparse. Pencils, tinted gels and pomade give me caterpillar look with an angry expression.NYX brow glue was okay; on the expensive side because the tiny tube lasted only a month. It was able to keep the hairs in place but didn’t last long - maybe a few hours at best. It pills a little, but dries down to clear. The viscosity of the product is slimy - when I pulled the wand out of the tube...it stretches like a booger.The Comfordent brow soap is hard and clear. I wish i had gotten the spray but I ended up using an empty eye drop bottle to fill with water so it would not take up too much room in my makeup bag. One drop on the surface and a dozen swipes with spoolie did the trick. It feels heavier than the NYX brow glue, and it FEELS like it IS glue. It DARKENS the hairs on my brows. It does not pill and its clear straight away. It holds powerfully. The one caveat is the feeling of tackiness, which is why i removed one star. The sticky feeling does not dry down like the brow glue. It stays on a long time too, all day hold.I like the for the strength of hold, value and how it darkens the color of my brows (making them look more defined), but it is cumbersome due to the need for water.It looks like its going to last a long time, much more longer than a month or two...maybe even 6 or more! I do like this and wont be looking for another product.

I used to spray hairspray on a spoolie brush and then brush my eyebrows to keep them in place. So I am very impressed with this styling soap.You just dampen the spoolie with water, then twist the spoolie so it picks up some product, and brush it on your brows.The only downfall is that the spoolie that it comes with is bad quality. The actual brush end starts to unwind and detach from the plastic handle when you spin the spoolie on the soap (when you’re trying to get it to pick up the product). So I used my own spoolie and it works so much better. You can buy better spoolies or grab some when you’re at a Sephora.The soap holds well and dries quickly. I love the bushy eyebrow look. I over plucked mine in the 90’s so they aren’t as full as I’d like. Overall I would recommend this product. It’s tiny to carry around and very easy to use.

This product feels to be a super strong hair gel. It is solid in the pan and during use, feels like a soap. When on the brows it has a sticky feel I brushed translucent powder over the brows and the sticky feel was gone. Completely clear no white cast. Will hold your brows, the brow spoolie that came with is actually really good a nice strong brow spoolie. Just keep in mind once your done shaping your brows it will feel a bit sticky, it just lightly set with translucent powder then it’s fine. Cute packaging too.

I love this product! I fill in my brows with brow powder first and then I take the spoolie this product comes with spray some water on it and rub it on the brow soap and lastly I brush it on my eyebrows. This product holds my brow makeup in place much better then any brow mascara. At first I didn’t like it when I put the brow soap on first and then filled it in with my benefit brow powder, it still looked nice but I didn’t get my eyebrows exactly how I like them since they were held in place with the soap and you have to wait a minute or two for the soap to dry prior to putting on your eyebrow makeup. I like using the soap after my eyebrows are filled in, it last all day especially on a hot day.

This brow soap works pretty well to create a feathered brow. My brows stay in place for many hours. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Overall a good choice if you don't want to spend a lot of money on make up.

I love this brow soap. Before, my eyebrows were naughty, and I had to cut them. Now I can wear them a little longer and look more stylish. My brows don't stick or leave flaky marks. It's easy to use.

Takes some practice with getting just the right amount of soap and water. If you use too much water and the soap, it creates a sudsy look on the eyebrow and I have to wipe it off and try again.

1st day, I wear this to work, I noticed that I left a residue and make them stiff, do it was a little of a pain to color out my eyebrows. This picture was 12 hours later.... not bad. I am going to try not to put too much next time and see how they look. Not regretting the purchase.
