Ok they are oil filters and they work.......... Like "they are the best eeeever." They are great they work and they are priced very well.

Extreme Value! Buying in bulk is the way to go!
Perfect for fleet maintenance, but also a smart move for individuals who maintain their own vehicles. Why pay $10 apiece for these at the parts stores when you can buy a case of 12 here and pay about $4 apiece? They aren't going to go bad sitting on your shelf waiting for you to use them (unless it takes you 25 years, then the rubber seal may dry out). Keep in mind these don't come individually boxed, they're all together in one single box (i.e. they're all just in the open in the box, not wrapped or anything). Great Motorcraft OEM quality filter. Very pleased with this purchase.

Buy in bulk to save
After seeing these filters here offered in a 12 pack, I decided to order them but I went with a pack offered from Amazon warehouse. I've had good luck doing that in the past so I gave it a try with these. When they arrived, the filters looked great except for the fact that there was only 10 and not 12. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 but for a little over $40 for 10 of these when parts stores want $10 a piece, I really have no complaints.

Convenient and perfect fit.
Like that it's flat enough to stand while you fill it with oil before installing it new. (Should be done to lessen engine stress from the first start after the oil change.) My estimate is that they last about 3,000 to 3,500 miles. I just replaced one tonight that I let go to 4,000 miles and the oil is darker than I'd like to see.
