Update to review below. Contacted the company today (Thanksgiving! ) and not only recieved a response from a real person (not a form response) and after sending them pics of the failure, was told a replacement will be sent out as soon as feasible since their warehouse doesn’t work thanksgiving. I’m EXTREMELY impressed with this companies customer service. Enough so I bumped my rating to 5 stars. Cosmetically appears very good. Fitment is spot on which makes it easy to install. Structurally these are a little delicate. The bulb is held in by a spring clip that attaches to the housing. Upon installing the bulb for the second housing the catch snapped rendering the housing useless as it is no unable to properly hold the bulb. I’m hoping this is simply a defective part and have contacted the seller on this issue. All else failing I’ll return these and move on with life. I’ll update this after hearing from the seller....see update above.

This replacement item(s) worked great with no problems whatsoever, very easy to install after old items removed & what a difference in look, the new ones are what I needed no doubt!

They fit good and I like how dark they look when off. They are good enough as primary headlights on the street but could be a little brighter light wise.

I was really reluctant to do this replacement. I’ve read so many negative reviews of products I didn’t want to destroy my 20yr old OEM headlights removing them & then replace them with garbage. What a pleasant surprise!!! I watched videos on how to perform the swap out and BAM! With the help of a more savvy buddy with cars we replaced the assemblies AND the 20yr old bulbs in about an hour. Not sugar coating this - wasn’t the easiest project for 2 guys never doing this particular job BUT - educate yourself with videos AND replace those old bulbs!!! You don’t want to have to pull these babies off once installed… I’m very impressed with the quality and fit upon installation. The difference in lighting is AMAZING from the old yellowed fixtures ( which had been sanded down 2X’s before to remove the gunk ) All that’s left is TIME… Do they leak? Do they fade to yellow? I’ll update review in a few months… Initial impression is SUPER LOOK !!! We shall see how the quality holds up…

Headlights are pretty good quality. The housing is a great shape. I love how it comes with the bulbs. I love how it’s ready to bolt up. It has all the hardware. I don’t have to worry about buying hardware all it is is plug and play.

fit like a Toyota part

Ended up using my original, unfogged 22 year old Toyota turn indicator assemblies with the new Akkon headlamp reflectors. They look good. However there is a retaining tab in the turn signal housing which snaps into the headlamp housing. On the Akkon turn signal housing, this tab is “off” in several small ways, and it will not lock into place. Absent this tab, the turn signal housings will mostly be hanging from a weak plastic bracket, secured by a screw. I bet this part breaks a lot. Save some $, re use your old turn signal housings & just buy the headlamp reflectors. They are made in Taiwan, not China. Update: lasted 18 months and then the little tab the spring holding the bulb latches to broke off. The rubber cover was holding it all in place. Replacing with LED housing.
