72" Tall Hickory/Elm Walking Stick, Walking Stick for Tall People, 6 Foot Tall

I'm having severe balance issues and needed a very long, very sturdy walking stick when doing garden tasks. This stick is perfect. It is the right length, it's beautifully finished, and very sturdy.The delivery was timely, too.

i like the look and finish of the stick. Feels strong.Both sticks had a severe offset or dogleg that deviated almost the diameter of the stick.Looked weird and diminished the strength of the column. I cut off about 5" on each stick.Looks much straighter and in-line. i think sticks since they are unique should be purchased in person.

I love this staff. I use it when I go for my walks every morning. I walk between 3.2 - 6 miles at a time. The only complaint is that the rubber piece on the bottom wore out. I bought a replacement and I am back to walking everyday with it. The staff was put together well and you can tell that whoever made it, put a lot of care into it. It feels smooth in my hands and I can pit all my weight on it. I was living in Arizona and bought it to keep the snakes at bay. Now I live in Washington and it helps me keep my balance when it is raining. The staff also motivates me to get out and walk more. If you are looking for a walking stick, this is the one to get.

The Staff is sturdy, well made and ready to for hiking. Looks like the sellers photo. The Manistee trail in Michigan has multiple stair step like sections with large step downs over tree roots with mud if it has rained. A staff is superior to trekking poles for reaching down to the lower level before stepping. It can also be used for a wading stick fly fishing, and yes it spins well as a bo fighting staff too. Could give a black bear a resounding smack if needed.

Who said size doesn't matter? In this case it does. Strong, light weight, and graceful in this walking stick's ability to guide you down your path.

I gave it 5 stars for weight not because it was "light" but because it had the heft I was looking for.Very pleased with my purchase and enjoy taking it with me on my walks.
