Review: Pleasantly surprised this far - First off, apparently a bunch of folks ended up here because of TikTok. I have yet to see a TikTok video in my feed about this. I was searching for some kind of cleanse or something due to chronic bloating and constipation. Like many others, I was told I probably had IBS and given some antispasmodic prescription to take "when needed." I was also told to "reduce stress" as if that's a simple thing to do. If it was easy, we'd all do it. I would literally go a week at at time without a bowel movement and would religiously resort to still softeners or laxatives because it's the only way I could get relief. Even then, I'd go to the bathroom and I never felt "empty" and my stomach was still bloated. Just a backstory: I am 32 years old and have one child. I eat well, excercise, don't smoke and only drink lightly once or twice a week. Drinking is really my only vice in terms of health and I have never had any medical issues other than eczema in my life, other than some injuries from a humvee accident when I was in the military. The point I'm trying to make is that I'm generally healthy and always have been. I stumbled upon this product and began reading the reviews and the more I reflected on my life, I realized that the possibility of me having a parasite or two wasn't that unrealistic. For context, I spent 4 years in the Marines and a lot of that time was spent sleeping in strange places, eating things I probably shouldn't have and being in generally unsanitary conditions. Fast forward a few years, I get out and come home and live back on a farm. I'm constantly around livestock, dogs and cats. All animals I regularly have to work twice a year. Hint, hint. I walk barefoot outside. I work in my garden. I am now a deputy sheriff and have gone into countless homes that are filled with creepies and crawlies and the ability to immediately wash my hands after is not always practical or possible. So, the liklihood of me having parasites after a lifetime of farming, military and police work is oh, so high. I got this product about 5 days ago and I'm not much for measuring by counting drops, so I take about half the dropper full 3 times a day. I have had a regular bowel movement every morning since I started this product and the bloating has disappeared. I even went to a birthday dinner and ate like a cow and still didn't feel bloated and miserable like I typically would. My eczema has even cleared up a bit, going from red patches to being nearly akin colored and just slightly flaky. Now, as far as seeing any actually parasites in the toilet, I cannot attest to that. Mostly because even though I can say that I'm not scared of anything on this earth, I have no desire to dig through my poop and start pulling things out of it, because if I did find something, I honestly think it would freak me out to no end and then I'd have to admit I'm scared of something and that simply won't work for me hahaha. Around day 3 I did have some pretty epic brain fog, but it didn't last more than that day. I've not yet had any other kind of adverse effects. The taste is what I would describe as licking a tree covered in moss, but it's bearable. I just put it in a shot glass with some water, shoot it back and then chase it with something that doesn't taste like the Jungle Book. Either way, I am so happy with this so far and hope it continues to help me.

A: I have the vegetable capsules from dōTERRA, I think they only carry 1 size. I highly recommend their capsules. Side note, the taste is really not that bad, I prob will skip the capsules/ mixing into drinks.

Warning, review not for the squeamish I have been feeling lousy for almost six months now, bloated, changes in appetite eating too much or too little and just generally tired. I do have health issues and depression but this was something very different. I started to get what my doctor thought was acid reflux, tightness in my throat, bowl movements changed etc. I ate a meal heavy in garlic and sriracha. Later I found (I know this is disgusting) round worms after a trip to the little girls room. If not for the overly spicy and garlic laden meal I never would have thought of parasites. Well I ate plenty of spice waiting for the ParaGaurd to arrive. I started taking it almost a week now and after just a few days the hard belly and bloat went away and no more "acid reflux" as my doctor thought it was. I have to say that this product has made me feel much better and I hope after I'm done with my dosing everything is cleared out. It seems to be doing its job. Yes it tastes bad but I found a way around it buy putting the drops in a quarter cup of tea/orange juice energy drink. I don't breath through my nose and just down it like a shot. Honestly it kinda tastes good combined with the mixture. A word of advice, when you first start using it start on a day you won't be at work or running errands until you see how it affects you. The first three days were pretty much centered around the bathroom but as I feel better and better things have stabilized. I know this is a loooong review but there are people complaining about the taste blah blah blah and honestly if you put it in the right drink its very palatable. It sure beats having parasites. Hope I didn't gross too many people out..
