Personally I find the animals most therapeutic, but there's so many other themes to choose from.This is a good gift for the adult colouring fan, but this one's mine!There's over 100 pictures waiting to be coloured, brill for Relieving stress!Can recommend.

this is a georgeous colouring book for adults . the print is lovely and clear . the designs are of flowers , sea life , country sceens and birds . they range from easy to more differcult . the country designs ive found have the most detail . you get 40 designs so has kept me busy for a little while . the designs are printed on single side of page so you dont get the dreaded bleed though so no designs get messed up

This book has a great variety of images,so a good choice if you want to do something different.However, the pages are very thin (you can see the design of the reverse page through the one your on) so not great if you are planning on colouring in ink.Also, some pages have bible verses on them, which I found a little strange.

I loved colouring and this kept me busy

So relaxing! Especially if you have some fancy pencils like watercolor type ones. The designs a very nice. I like mandalas, my art therapist always used mandalas when working with me. They take my stress off

Nice pictures shame about the quality of the paper. I bought this as a present for my daughter & I'm glad I also bought mythomorphia as the quality of pictures & paper are much better.

It's an amazing colouring book. I chose it because it was useful for me when I was stressed. Also, the images are a bit tricky, is a hard work has gone into finishing every inch of the paper. I recommend this book to everyone who wants to have some quiet time.

As images are mostly about the nature, I would find myself gaining the interests to know more, searching for the possible species of insects and plants, trying to extend the images by my own drawings, just can't help to get me stay away from the joy of it.
