STAR WARS The Black Series 4-LOM and Zuckuss Toys 6-Inch-Scale The Empire Strikes Back Collectible Figures 2-Pack (Amazon Exclusive)

This is the Star Wars black series 40th Empire Strikes Back Zuckass and 4-Lom. These are re paints of figures that original came in the Star wars black series red line. These figures come in a special box very similar art work to the TVC Zuckass and 4-lom from 2010. The figures do come carded that are in the box. Figures come on a reproduction's of the Empire Strikes Back card back . As a nob to the original figure the original name error of having 4-lom named Zuckass and Zuckass named 4-Lom does show on the cards. The figures are painted to look more like the original Kenner figure and not how they appeared in the film. I ended up getting mine through Amazon Warehouse. This was cheaper than normal as the special box the figures came in was damaged. The carded figures were fine and had no damage. I do recommend picking this up even if you have the original releases. The alternate paint job was worth buying

I love the Star Wars Black series. The combination of quality, poseability, and detail is unmatched. I got these guys on a discount deal, so I finally pulled the trigger on buying them to try to complete a set of Empire Strikes Back bounty hunters. I was a little bit disappointed that they had the "retro" blister packaging, with the 1980s-style card art, because I like to keep my packaging for storage. I'll have to cut the blister off the pack for these, which is slightly disappointing. That said, I'm going to put them on display in my glass-front case, so it's not a huge issue for me.

I got this on sale at some point in 2020, and let me tell you, these figures are dope. The amount of love that goes into these characters who were barely in the movie is astounding, not to mention the epic vintage style cards with the purposefully mixed up names. Do yourself a favor and order this, you won’t regret it.

Any fan of ESB will love the chance to get the reversed labelled 4-LOM and Zuckuss. However, Amazon popped this collectible set into a bubble mailer, causing the outer box to take some damage. Thankfully it was minimal, but there's no reason not to put this in a small box vs. a bubble mailer to keep the item protected. A+ for the product, F- for the packaging.

I just want to thank Amazon for proper packing & a great product, I love Star Wars & didn't even know about this until I saw it with another product that I wanted, so anytime you can get something at retail & not pay some outrageous 3rd party price for a collectable.

If you're a collector of The Black Series 6"-scale figures, you probably already know what you're getting with this set: two extremely well-detailed and highly articulated action figures of some cool bounty hunters. They're on beautiful retro-styled "The Empire Strikes Back" 40th Anniversary cards, scaled up appropriately. They have the approximate colour schemes and erroneously swapped name plates* from the original 1980s version of the 3.75" figures. All this is very, very nice, and pushes the nostalgia button HARD.* Look, 4-LOM (Four-Ell-O-Em, not "Forlomm") is a droid's name. End of discussion. 😉Where this set falls down, though, is in the packaging. The two cardbacks the figures are attached to seem to be a trifle thin. And the box they come in is just that -- a box. Quite a flimsy one. No reinforcement, no padding, no spacers, no bracers -- nothing. No hinges or windows for easy display of the contents, no slip-cover or mailer for protection.Happily, mine arrived safely and well-packaged (and well ahead of the anticipated delivery date, which was a nice surprise), but I can see this easily getting damaged in transit or with regular handling over the years. Now, the 3.75" version that was sold at conventions back in 2010 -- THAT was excellent packaging: sturdy, protective, displayable in several different ways, and with multiple layers. They should've replicated it for this product, too.So, yeah: excellent figures, beautiful design, terribly flimsy packaging.

Both figures comes in a nicely packaging with a short history of how the figures were released back in the early eighties on the back of the box. Zuckuss and 4-lom figure are lighter than the previous figures that came out not long ago. This set is an Amazon exclusive. Great set and please with it.

Love these figures, only problem is i dont open them therefore the mint package is a must but Amazon does not share my passion for mint packaging. It was in a large box with 2 air pillow that let it slide back and forth and beat up the packaging

Figures come packaged well in their own Bounty Hunter box, very happy with purchase.

First up , these are great value for money , paid £30 for 2 incredible sculpts whereas if you bought 2 individual black series exclusives (such as gaming greats) it would cost you £48 plus postage/shipping , as a proud owner of a mint in mint box 4-LOM and zuckuss vintage collection 3"75 set , i instantly went for these as i am a huge fan of nostalgic errors (the name switch) , as i already own the regular releases of these 2 , i will be proudly displaying them carded , i already know what to expect with the sculpts and neither of them are nothing short of amazing , vintage colours , incorrect names , collector's sleeve to hold them , what's not to like? A must have for all sixers out there and nostalgic collectors , bounty hunters sell , as i write this review this set has sold out for the 3rd time , hopefully this encourages hasbro to make more bounty hunters , background aliens or cantina characters! Just imagine exclusive cantina aliens in their screen inaccurate 70's coloured outfits! 5 stars hands down
