I got a sample of this in Rawbox (a subscription box) a few months back and kept it around but didn't use it for a long time. And then, over the weekend, my gums were pretty inflamed (I had been drinking too much diet soda and the acid was causing problems). I remember using peroxide mouthwashes when I had braces and got sores from the brackets and wires, so I figured I would give this a try. One other thing to mention, I'm just using this as mouthwash. I am still brushing with regular toothpaste (I have some tooth damage from grinding my teeth back when I was in grad school and I really need fluoride), but I use this as a mouthwash periodically during the day, really focusing on the area with the most inflamed gums (maybe 3-4 times per day, just when I feel like I need it). And, after only about two days, I am already a lot better -- very little pain (really, almost none) and no more bleeding gums when I brush my teeth. The sensitivity in that area is going away, too. This is very gentle and it is not strongly flavored. You do get a mild minty/herbal flavor from the essential oils, but it is definitely tolerable. This is much more pleasant to rinse with than, say, Listerine, and it does not contain alcohol. It foams a bit; that's the hydrogen peroxide doing its work. (Due to the hydrogen peroxide, make sure you don't swallow this.) This is not going to protect your gums if you keep doing the things that got you into trouble in the first place. (Sadly, I have had to give up diet soda for now.) And if anything is hurting/bleeding in your mouth for more than a few days, you should really get to a dentist. But if you catch your problem early, like I did, this can be part of a combination strategy for getting your gums back to health. I would agree that this helps freshen the breath -- the peroxide kills germs and the essential oils probably contribute a bit, as well. I can't say whether it whitens the teeth after only two days, I'm mostly using this for the health of my gums. Any whitening down the road will be an added benefit. For what it's worth, this is a clear, non-viscous liquid. Anyway, glad I decided to give this a chance, as it has really been helping.

Love this mouthwash! I use it after waking in the morning, before brushing and also mid day if i need to refresh my mouth. Has a very subtle taste which is very neutral. Even my teen boys use it. I have been buying this product for years and highly recommend.

It did arrive leaking, and would love a refund or a partial refund cause i am keeping it but would rather a new type of seal or or 2 seals one on the bottle and one on the cap... but i am going to risk it cause what came out i used and I like it... now if i keel over i at least have it documented but understand its a risk when using opened products.... 😅 but it bubbled 🫧 up and I like it.

We love this holestic mouth rinse! My husband was border line for gum disease, he started using this nightly in the shower and completely healthy gums now. The dental hygienist was very impressed. Very effective! We now keep a bottle in our shower and the kids shower. Of course you dont have to keep it in the shower it just really works for us! If you want fresh breath, healthy gums, white teeth, this is a wonderful addition to your oral care!

This rinse has a strong peppermint flavor and leaves my mouth feeling fresh for a long time. It really helps with breath. The only downside is that the taste can be a bit intense if you prefer something milder.

I've been using this glorious product for a decade, and swear by it. It keeps teeth white and bright (big coffee drinker), breath fresh (people actually comment on it), prevents cavities (I've had zero), and here's the big miracle--in the time I've been using it as directed, I get FAR fewer colds/flus/sinus/ear infections than I've ever had. (Mom--so used to get several per year, now 1-2 max, and never last long.) Recent studies show that daily rinsing, gargling with hydrogen peroxide does just that, prevents and minimizes viral/bacterial respiratory infections...and finally my intuitive theory on this stuff was proven and backed by science! Lol. Incredible. (Seriously. This stuff is magic.) Sometimes I don't have time to brush after a meal, but a quick swish with this and I'm (and my breath) = aces. Their instructions to swish for 30 seconds after waking to kill overnight bacteria is a lifelong game-changer...when you do so first thing (not even brushing) then jump back into bed to kiss your honey, your breath is PERFECT. (Proven and tested, in real life.) My SO actually thought I was some kind of freak of nature for never having "morning breath," until I revealed my secret weapon: THIS. BRUSHING. RINSE. (Worth it for that alone.) Lastly, my kid used to use children's toothpaste. Got four cavities, even using a Sonicare brush and flossing regularly, and well. To her initial dismay (now she's used to it and loves the benefits), she's now used only this for 2.5 years, no more funky kid breath and has had ZERO cavities, even compliments from her dentist. Great product. HOWEVER, items were not sealed and packaged well. As they leaked and should have been sent securely wrapped in a box and not tossed in a bag. Poor shipment.
