Have bought from this company previously. I like the fact that their products are 'clean', i.e. no unnecessary fillers and bulking agents. The main thing I find when taking this supplement regularly is that day to day aches and pains are reduced and I generally start noticing the difference after around 2-3 weeks of taking them regularly. I would prefer smaller capsules, but even as someone who can struggle swallowing such things, they are 'do-able'. There is no taste to worry about and they don't cause any digestive problems. I tend to take them shortly before or after eating. Pricewise, I find them competitive. There are a few that are a bit cheaper, and others that are more expensive. I reckon that for a clean, British produced product of this kind they are reasonable value for money. I have read reviews stating that people have had noticeable changes in skin tone and reduced lines. Any changes I have observed have been subtle, but perhaps if I'd started taking them sooner and also understood just how many things estrogen have an effect on and done something about that sooner, the results would be more dramatic!!

Been using this for about 6 months and, as a woman of a certain age, it’s a great supplement! It’s a pretty standard sized capsule that has no taste and is much easier to take than the powdery drinks which didn’t dissolve well. Great value for money too.

Good product noticed new growth hair

I have been taking these tablets for about a year now and the main benefits I have noted is my nail growth and strength has improved and my hairdresser actually commented at my last appointment that she felt my hairdresser was getting thicker. Cannot comment about other benefits such as improved sleep or joint pain relief as I take magnesium for sleep and take my HRT at night to help with that. I have to say, it is the effect on my nails for me. Have always had soft and splitting nails but now they are growing quicker and are much stronger, am amazed.

Bought this to improve my skin, been taking for just under a month and my skin is the same however, my nails are thriving. I've always had nails that split, and they split all the way up my nail bed. They have completely healed, feel stronger and are a healthier colour. So whilst it's not improved what I wanted, the nail health improvement is a massive bonus.

After about 6 months I am now finding great improvements in joints and nails and they seem to be good value for money with all the additional extras such as turmeric, black pepper and biotin and the quantity of collagen is just about minimum daily dose... very easy to swallow capsules too.

Was sceptical but this product really works. No side effects and good value for money. Really pleased
