Good:Service, regular Comms and prompt delivery.Only needs a daily shake to bring the long pile up.'Looks' a really nice, round, long pile rug.Nice feel to sink bare feet into.Downside:No real wool. Not even mixed wool with a little bit of acrylic, plastic etc.Pile isn't exactly as thick as it initially looks.When folded, there is quite a gap with very visible webbing between the next row of acrylic - see pics.The pile easily flattens when walked on (or in our case, when our Spaniel lies on it).Pile doesn't spring back into place and webbing is easily seen.However, the price is very low so as a casual rug for light use, this rug does the job.But, if this was a larger, rectangular, rug for heavier footfall in a living room, I really doubt it would last very long. The old saying "Buy cheap & you'll buy twice" comes to mind.

Easy to clean ..reasonably soft didn't expect any more for the price... did the job needed for..quick delivery..

To me it wasn't a bedroom rug, it wasn't as thick as I thought it should have been , I was very disappointed with them, it was the first time i was disappointed with anything I have got from you

Nice little rug...much smaller than I thought it would be but probably my fault for not checking measurements however cute little rug nice and soft ...just wished it was a bit bigger
