I am over 40 and my periods have been irregular all my life. This didnt do much for me at first but after months of taking it I notice I am getting periods once a month like normal woman. I don't know if it is because of these tablets. But they might help regulate periods this way it may be easier for you to predict your ovulation to get pregnant. I now have a healthy daughter. **Q: Has anyone had multiple periods within a month of starting these?** A: I ovulated on day 17 and had a period on day 19???! **Q: Does this contain both myo-inositol or both myo & d-chiro inositol? seems to be conflicting info?** A: Does not contain d-chiro.
