Where is this manufactured

The bottom of the cup says, "Clara Celtic Window new bone china dishwasher & microwave safe," but it does not have either a stamp or a manufacturer's location. Although bone china IS manufactured in both England and Irelend, several other countries also make it, so there is no way to confirm where it was made. It is, however, a strong and beautiful mug, and i have had it for a couple of years and love it.
