I almost returned this because I thought it was too small. After squeezing myself into it once, I decided to keep it.I started wearing it less than a week after giving birth to help with my diastasis recti. Now, you're not supposed to wear corsets after birth, because they can cause uterine prolapse. I will say, every time I wear this, I'm WAY more incontinent and I feel way more pressure on my pelvic floor. Because of this, I only wear it now and then while I rely on a small exercise routine to help with the ab separation.But overall, it's very comfy! I've worn this off and on for three weeks. I can eat and not feel too bloated and tight. It's gotten easier and easier to fit into, which I hope means my stomach is going down. Very glad I kept it! Hope it helps with my organs moving back into the right places.(FYI, I did not have a c-section, which usually requires a belly band for healing)

I’m a pro bodybuilder and this helps a lot to keep the waist in and train it . But also when training I feel like it helps more than a training belt . Let alone it adds the illusion that your waist is smaller which makes you feel really good about yourself . Overall the best waist trainer I’ve bought off Amazon .

This is the quickest review I've ever written. I love this product so far. I have bought and returned a few trainers in the past months for one reason or the other. Even one of the now famous waist wrap bands. This one however is perfect. Just what I was looking for. Came within a day, great price, right amount of elasticity and breathable. As soon as removed it from the package, I knew it's was what I was looking for. I tried it on and never took it off for the rest of the day. It holds you firm but not uncomfortable. The right length for my torso. Snatched my waistline and give me an amazing hour glass figure. I got a medium and it was perfect and has three rows of hooks. Its true to its size. I am 5ft 6in, 29 inch waist, 45 inch hips. I ordered one for my sister the next day because she loved the way I looked in it. I will be getting a second one for myself to make sure I always have one. I love this one so far.

First of all I ordered two rounds of what I thought was the same item. Two different models. The Large was a babydoll size! Really! Then I ordered Xtra larger.. did it come close? Absolutely not! So disappointed in Amazon for allowing products that are clearly for a certain origin of people! Coming from a country that does cater to Americans..This has given me an inspiration to create an American women product that will fit true to size not baby doll sizes.It is clear different species of humans are made or created differently! As far as measurements are concerned. We Americans work hard for our monies we spend. Now I am stuck with two different items that were not what I thought I was ordering. Instead of suggesting to measure carefully.. why not do the measurements of both Asian and American women? I wouldn’t recommend your products to my friends and I am highly dissatisfied with Amazon for allowing anyone to sell items that doesn’t fit all Americans of both Asian and other cultures. Bs!

Absolutely love it, been using it everyday and have seen amazing changes, really good quality.

It wasn’t as cinched at the waist as I would like. It fits more like a tight piece of lingerie or girdle. Didn’t make my waist look smaller while I was wearing it and it was too uncomfortable to wear without any benefits. Looking for something this actually cinches my waste in a considerable amount. It’s does however seem to be quality material.

Definitely will see results if work consistently with exercise

Once I got it snapped up it fit comfortably and I wasn't struggling to breathe or uncomfortable.
