Rocco & Roxie Litter Box Odor Eliminator, 12 oz

I’ve tried too many litter odor eliminator and all of them went to the bin !! This one changed the smell from the entire house!!!! Value for the money because you need to put only a small amount of it and it takes an year to finish it 😅 I 100% recommend!!

Helped with the smell a bit however after a while the scent is quite sickly.

The label says it contains essential oils, and from bitter experience I know that almost all essential oils are toxic to cats. Nevertheless I tried it out, as so many people had reviewed it positively. I really, really wish I hadn't! The smell of it is so horribly strong that I couldn't even go into the room where my cats' litter box is. It smells of a cross between Dettol and artificial sweetener. My cats hate it, so much so that they have refused to even approach the litter box I put it into. Luckily I have others, elsewhere in the house, so at least they're not pooping on the floor. And one of my cats, who is extremely sensitive to home fragrances, has fallen ill again because of this noxious stuff, and is now overwhelmed with vomiting and diarrhoea. Poor girl. I've spent the last two hours emptying, scrubbing, and refilling my Litter Robot (which is the one I used this stuff in), something I only did last week, so I've had to dispose of a full tray full of expensive litter; I've just put it all back together and I can still smell this nasty stuff! I really can't recommend this at all. It obviously works by just masking the cat toilet smell with its own overblown synthetic unpleasantly sweet smell, and doesn't absorb the natural smells at all. I will be returning this for a refund, and will go back to using activated charcoal to reduce litter smells in my house. Much cheaper, and far more effective.

Definitely works but my cat HATES the smell. She won’t use the litter box if I use more than a tiny pinch. It smells like toothpaste. I put it on the bottom of the tray before the litter, which seems to still help with the smell without upsetting her. My cat is also part raccoon and gets into bins/bin bags because she’s obsessed with food. This has come in handy for putting cat-unsafe foods in the bin! Doubles as a bin deodoriser/cat repellent.

This has a strange bubble gum scent, and even the tiniest sprinkle gives off quite a lot of smell. I made the mistake the first time of thinking I must need a decent amount of the product to work, and the smell was overpowering. Unfortunately the association of the smell with the litter then made it too unpleasant for me to continue to use. If you get this product, make sure to use just a tiny shake of the bottle the first time and see how it goes first!

Product removes smell for two to three days and you have to re sprinkle it again..

The best liter box odor eliminator, I have came across! Absolutely NO smell of a cat lingering around! A little goes a long way - I just sprinkle it in the bottom of the pan before adding fresh liter. Now, it does have a strong bubblegum smell at first, but it fades away quickly and doesn’t bother me or the cat. Highly recommend!!

Hands down the most effective deodorizer I’ve tried. I’ve tested many brands and the smell always came back the next day, but this completely eliminates both poop and pee odors, even in my auto litter box after a few days.
