It heats up quickly which i loved but its actual straightening abilities were a little lack luster. I had to go over my hair multiple times to get it straight which I shouldn't have to do as my hair is thin and barely shoulder length. It's kinda hard to hold as I hit the buttons on it quite a few times while straightening and had to fix it. The ability to hold it to straighten the pieces I missed was awkward. I had to hold it in a way that my fingers didn't slip so that I didn't burn myself. The idea of it is amazing but ability to do so not so much.
