I know I shouldn't still be using these "student" style, budget paper lamps, but I still love them so much more than expensive lampshades. They last forever if not in the way of sticky fingers, and bring a bohemian, airy quality to my flat. I like the plain white best but other colours can be fun. This pack was as expected. A little tricky to hang, as they always are, but great value.

These were just what I wanted for 3 small rooms. I bought one first in a large DIY store for £9 and returned it when I saw 3 for the same price on here! Yes, they're fairly delicate but they arrived safely and we had no trouble in hanging them. And they look neat and clean. Just treat them carefully and they should be fine.

I purchased a set of three white paper lantern lamp shades to replace the shades on the ceiling lamps in my rooms. Installation was straightforward—you don’t need to unscrew anything; you simply pop them onto your existing lights, and they hang securely on the base of the light socket. I’m really happy with them. The shades look beautiful, and to my surprise, their globe design disperses light evenly across the entire room, which I wasn’t expecting. The effect is soft, pleasant lighting that works well for general room illumination. My only critique is for the smaller room where the lamp faces a window. A strong breeze from the window can knock the shade off, so I had to adjust how it hangs so it’s protected from the wind. That’s something to keep in mind if your lamp is near an open window. Overall, these lantern shades are a simple, effective, and attractive way to update lighting in a room.

The 2 pink were fine but the white had a hole so we weren't able to use it

Good value, definitely an improvement on bare lightbulbs. Diffuses light nicely. Easy to install.

You get what you pay for I guess. These are cheap tat. Two of the three were torn. The indent on the wire (where it's meant to grip the cord) on all three was off-centre and would not grip the cord - one wire wire was actually broken. All three shades were asymmetrical, so even if able to sort out the wire/cord attachment, they would not hang without being lop-sided. They may only be a tenner, but don't waste your money.

And this classic shade fits every room. They are cheap n cheerful, suit all decor (in my opinion) and diffuse the light well, while blocking out the harshness other light shades encourage. These are a decent quality. Will buy again

Arrivé sans encombre et en bon état. La balle est grande. Le papier sans accroc. Il s'agit d'un bleu light. Cela laisse donc bien passé la lumière tout en mettant une touche colorée dans la pièce. Pour ma part, j'ai utilisé le crochet de la lanterne papier pour l'accrocher directement au fil électrique et cela tient parfaitement. Accrochage facilité. Ravie de mon achat.
