Really good supplement. My body went through a waste detox (diarrea) while taking these the 1st couple of days, and also every time I upped the dosage before getting to the 6 pills daily. Then it obviously stopped and my digestion went back to normal. These pills help especially if you're starting to workout; the energy levels are nice. The ONLY complaint I have is what the bottle it comes in I wished it was glass instead.

After 4 weeks os using, I am quite happy with these capsules. I bought them for my little dog, who was scratching a lot, and he had no fleas, so I found your website through advertising. Charlie does not scratch half as much, and his hair is growing back on his rump. He loves the stuff and responds immediately when I ask him if he wants his pills. He (seems to) understand. He's quite a little doggie, knowing lots of human language.
