I don't want the soft wrapper,Is really individually packaged?

Yes, the mask comes individually packaged and sealed!! I bought several at one time, all came together, but, all were in individual sealed packages!! Hope that helps!!

Does this mask have a N95 filter? If not, why is it £9.99 for some polyester fabric?

It certainly not worth £9.99. I don't think it had any of N95 filters but it was was too expensive and I returned it to the seller. The seller is taking advantage of the current pandemic and selling at unreasonable price.

Is this a filtered mask?

Mask is made of multi-fiber polyester. Is made from anti-allergic SILVER+, knit fabric containing ions of silver. The inside of the fabric is fluffy and delicate, which significantly increases the filtering properties. In addition, a lining with a very dense weave was used.
