Even though it was a Memorial Day weekend I emailed the manufacturer. Do you know they had someone reply that same day! In fact we corresponded several times that weekend (describing the problem; sending a picture, etc. ) and they shipped out a replacement net immediately and we received it in two days.This is our first trampoline so I can't compare to others but it went together easily, the kids are having a blast on it, and that customer service deserves lots of kudos. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Customer Service *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2023* Three years after buying this product, it was blown away by a hurricane and crashed into a fence on my property, destroying a number of pieces of the frame. This was my fault as I had not properly secured it to the ground. The customer service experience that followed was amazing. I emailed ORCC who was able to promptly send me replacement parts (at a fair price!) and I was back up and running in no time. They checked in to make sure my experience was positive all along the way.
