**Q: How much resistance, in cmH2O, can this device provide?**
A: Breathing Trainer has a dial that sets the resistance, but without units, likely relative.  I'm a long distance runner, and have a strong diaphragm.  At a setting of 4 out of 10, the resistance is sufficient to give my muscles a workout.  So, the resistance range seem to very wide.

**Q: How challenging are the different levels?  Is setting 10 easy?**
A: Well depending on you and your conditions or breathing problem it can be challenging. But that’s part of the advantage to using it.

**Q: How long do the filters last and are they required for device to work?**
A: My filter should last for years since I only inhale through the trainer.  This breath trainer is slowly helping me breathe easier on our long runs.  I just leave it at my computer station, and use it a few times a day.  Three to five breaths each time.  Nothing extreme.  The resistance adjustment is great, allowing me to work my diaphragm with a bit of effort.

A: i had a small piece of paper in mine that gave some directions

If you drive a semi for a living & sitting in a seat for 10 hours days on end this little appreratis does the trick. No more coffee. If you need better oxygen intake when you get sleepy ,use it,it will pep your step naturally.Highly recommend.

There were no directions. Not sure how it works or what to set it at. Didn’t do anything so not sure it’s even working. Don’t waste your money. Look elsewhere. And this item is not eligible for a return.
