Big, comfy, and easy to put 2gether
Came in good condition in a box. Comfy, reclines pretty far back. I love the color. I do all around love it. Only one thing i dont like is the middle piece you connect to the console doesnt move. Be nice if it was connected to one of the chairs and would lay back. Shipping took forever. It says ships in 2 or 3 days after order. But it finally got here on april 2nd when i ordered it in the beginning of march. But overall it was worth the wait because im really happy with it

Very nice
It was very easy to assemble. It’s a very nice piece of furniture. Glides, recliner and high enough so it is easy to get out of! We love it!

Comfortable couch
Great love seat! Very comfortable and reclines nicely. Only thing we are not a big fan of is that the middle doesn’t recline so it makes it sort of awkward when two people lean back. Otherwise great couch!

Love the color
The color is gorgeous. Comfy and sturdy. Easy to put together.

Very creaky
Product delivery went extremely well. Setting up the product was very easy, although the backs of the chairs were labeled incorrectly. The way they were labeled would have put them on the wrong sides. Once I started using the product I was very disappointed. They are extremely hard to rock. We ended up removing the back piece in the middle which helped them rock a little better but they are still difficult to rock. There is too much friction with the center piece. The backs of the chairs creak an annoying amount when rocking which makes rocking a newborn unbearable. We have removed and re-set the backs and we have oiled them up to try to stop the noise but nothing has worked.

Not the color or texture as advertised.
This came earlier than expected and seems to be very sturdy. However if you are looking for a fuzzy soft light grey loveseat this is not it. The color is actually more dark steel grey and the texture is bumpy rather than velvety. It sits high which is nice if you have a hard time getting up and down and it is firm. The reclining action is smooth and not too hard to closed. Wish it was the lighter gray pictured but for the price I will live with it and see how it goes.
