I even bought a small chest freezer just to accommodate the case purchases that make them highly affordable as well as wonderfully convenient.I find the "small" serving size to be a feature rather than a flaw. If I need more, I will heat another, I almost feel like eating a second Lamb Vindaloo now.But I would just be pigging out because it tastes SO good.The Spice-heat levels do vary per batch of some of the more spicy hot TC products.I would not describe the TC Lamb Vindaloo I received as any hotter than that 2.5 out of 5 as was noted by a prior reviewer. A 2.5 is my favorite heat level as it allows me to taste the spice nuance and certainly the lamb flavor.The lamb is flavorful and tender if a little to well trimmed for my personal taste (as I like a little fat with the lean lamb chunks.)The Vindaloo is superb, I was stunned that a frozen Lamb Vindaloo dinner could be this good.This is not the TV dinner.of my youth. After I read some of the HIGH HEAT warnings of prior reviewes, I took a page from a Texans book and mixed myself up a bowel of Raita (Indian Yogurt and Cucumber Condiment) to go with my Amazon shipped TC dinner. Where I live I am very disappointed by the quality of Indian Food available.The lamb is tender, so much so, I wonder if they cook it in a pressure cooker?When I first prepared the Vindaloo, my house smelled faboo! I wish I'd ordered naan to go with it, though, as it blew my head off with that first bite. I absolutely love lamb vindaloo and seldom order anything other than that when we go out for Indian food.These arrived packed in dry-ice and still frozen, which is still somewhat amazing when you consider we live in a fairly rural area.
