You can adjust the height of the swing and handles by placing the carabiners on a higher or lower loop.  Q: Can this be installed inside a home ? if so what do I attach it to ? hooks in the ceiling ?  A: Yes, sure, you can install it inside. You don't need to buy additional mounting accessories like ceiling hooks to attach it to the ceiling.  You can also use an exposed beam or door frame bar. In this case no additional hooks are needed - just loop around with extension straps which are part of this set.  （Mounting rig is NOT included. Must be purchased separately as required） Q: Can I use it outside?  A: Sure! You can find a beautiful spot in the park and hang your yoga swing on a tree branch.  If you want to use it outside all the time and keep it there daily - be aware that natural forces like wind and sun can damage yoga swing faster and color will shade with a time faster.  Q: Is it suitable for kids?  A: Kids usually love this yoga swing - it is so much fun for them.
