NICE! Pleasantly Surprised!
Light Brown - Looked in the Box stores for stocked edger fencing, and they didn't have anything decent. I didn't want wire or plastic. I took the chance and ordered this, and I was pleasantly surprised. I received a decent quality, easy to install, good looking fence! I didn't see too many quality issues with my order. It's fir, but it looks and almost smells like Cedar.

This Topeakmart Wood Picket Garden Fence is Extremely Sturdy
This Topeakmart Wood Picket Garden Fence is extremely sturdy and was very easy to assemble and install. Loved the ease of fitting the sections together. The height is perfect and serves the function of keeping the dogs out of my flower garden. I chose to bury the post to lower the bottom sections. This is high quality lumber and something you will never find in the big box stores. I chose the Light Brown Color, and it is aesthetically beautiful in the landscape. I highly recommend you buy this beautiful fence. I will be buying this again for another location in my yard

I love my garden fence (So does my landscaper)
I needed to keep my dog out of my newly planted garden. I was looking for something to do only that. Little did I know Iโd end up with a full, beautiful design. I didnโt assemble the fence myself. Thank goodness my landscaper did it. He didnโt use the directions that came with the fence. He installed the fence piece by piece into the ground. It was a hammer, a level tool, AND a drill that made this all work. (I donโt know how people do it without a drill.) He said he wouldnโt pre-assemble it, that it wouldnโt come out nice. He was right. The fence is made well and feels extra sturdy because of the expert installation method. The installation took 1-1/2 hours for a 40 foot space. Iโve gotten big time compliments and my landscaper is recommending the fence to clients that may want or need an adorable garden fence.

Good product for the price
This product is so much better than plastic or wire. It was easy to install, however, I had two corners. There really wasn't any way to do the corner without cutting the pieces, drilling holes, then putting in the screws. I did break one piece already, but it was easily fixed by drilling a hole and inserting a new screw. It will be fine ..... just don't hit it with your lawn mower like I did :-(. All in all, quite happy with this purchase. It looks good, even several months after installation.

Adorably perfect sturdy little fence
This fence changes everything! My backyard WAS an overwhelming chore, this fence was super ez to put together as long as u slightly pre dril the dirt. However donโt overdo this step, u DONT want to pre drill a big holes in your dirt!! very ez for two people to put into the ground. My rock garden needed a barrier, which is obvious in my photo. My rock garden shape slightly curves this fence can go w/the flow. But keep in mind whatever bend you force this fence to accommodate it will stress the structure. Although my gardens slight bend is NOT at all stressing this fence. The wood seems sturdy and is treated. The customer service is AMAZING, I needed one post replaced., things like that are bound to happen, this company WANTS YOU TO BE THRILLED W/your purchase, I certainly am!!

it's all in the technique
I was going to preassemble these: two posts and a fence section; and then install. For several reasons, that was not a good approach. This is what I did, and if it works for you, then great. - figure out where you want the fence to start. It may be that the first post won't go exactly there. No worries. Put it nearby and just drill a little hole and screw it in wherever. It won't matter. - after the first fence post is in, temporarily position a section of fence - using a clamp, if necessary - and locate the next post. I used an auger bit on my drill, and it worked great. Mark the depth for your auger and be sure not to go too deep. Then pound the post into the ground, little by little. I was pleasantly surprised that the posts were able to tolerate several whacks with my sledge hammer. - be mindful of the slope, if any, where the fence is going. The slots on the posts are sized, intentionally or otherwise, so there is a little wiggle room. Use that room to accommodate the slope. Every section or two stand back and eyeball what you have to be sure the space below the fence is parallel to the ground. I found it useful to sort of rough in 2 or 3 sections of fence before screwing them in. Then move to the next section. I had some reservations about these when they arrived, but the little fence has so far kept our puppy from getting back there. He has grown some and is able to reach leaves he previously could not, but that's what pruning clippers are for! We have a few extra sections, and I am thinking about making a gate just where the fence makes a 90-degree turn. I may need to order another box of these, and then I can enclose something else for temporary puppy-proofing.

Brittle Cheap Wood
Looks good but it breaks away from each other easily. The Screws that hold the fences together come off because the wood is weak. I had to buy some metal bridges to fix them together.

More than worth it!
This wasn't like a "hey i hit the mega millions" type of find but it was definitely a "hey i won a scratch ticket for a couple grand" type of find. ( Read: not life changing but a pleasant surprise and a wonderful addtion to my life.) I was apprehensive when i purchased this item, thinking it had to be low quality because of the reasonable price - i stand corrected. This is a marvelous little fencing set! Made from fir, this set has lasted all summer and the only thing i think i may do for my next go round is add some type of sealer to it- it looks like maybe the stain has faded a bit after 4 months. For people that need to surround flower beds or make a cute country cottage house look cuter, country-er and cottage-yer this is definitely something you'll want. Heads up- fir is a SOFT wood, so don't be alarmed when it feels like the screws are loose in the holes- you may need to reinforce them a bit. Once i got them set up, i marvelled at the quality and price, knowing it would cost me much more to make something like this than it did to purchase it. Definitely worth the buy!
