These come just one to a package. Many cars today use different sizes for left, right, and rear wipers.

Will wiper blades fit a 98 dodge stratos

I am not sure about your 1998 Dodge Stratos. What I did was to go to an auto parts store that sold the wipers and got the information then went to Amazon. Unfortunately Amazon sent me the wrong wipers and I had to send them back. I decided to take the credit and I went back to the auto store and bought the correct blades. The clerk at the store actually installed the blades and disposed of my old blades. Sometimes it's wise to spend a little more locally.

Why dont you have 14 inch blades?

They make a 14” blade I have one on my car.
