If you want a healthy way to color your grays and have some skill with doing very thin parts of your hair and applying color, Khadi is an excellent and cost-efficient choice! I have used other hennas in the past that took 4 hours before you could wash it out. With Khadi it takes me half an hour to apply the color (I focus on the front and top because that covers all my gray), 1 hour with my head covered in plastic wrap and a turban towel, then I rinse it off. The time you keep it on dictates how dark it colors. You need to wait 24 hours to wash it with shampoo, so I plan for a day when I’m going to be home. At about $24 I get 2 colorings per box and I do this about every 6 weeks. In my photos you can see a tad of gray starting to show and the color on the rest of the hair, so you can see how well it covers. I’m aiming for honey colored highlights and it tends to that a few days later. You can also see the lighter strands mixed in my brown hair. Not bad for $12 a session. Highly recommend!

I am over the moon about this product. I'm mid70s with hair that has thinned and faded to a mousy brown with a few scattered strands of gray. I used Sunset, left it on for an hour and a half and am back to my old dark strawberry blonde self. Could not be happier. It turned the scattered gray hairs orange-y, which looks nice at this point, but as time goes by, if more gray comes in, I will likely mix Sunset with Medium Blonde. Also, because my hair is short I used half the packet with the suggested 5oz of water and it was very runny, making it hard to apply. I suggest adding water slowly to get a creamy paste consistency.

I have mousy blonde hair & I used the Sunrise/Sonnenblond and it really didn’t deposit any color onto my hair & I tried it twice. I haven’t went to the salon/died my hair in about 2 years and was hoping this would do something so I can stop using chemicals on my hair. Unfortunately it didn’t work. And I wanted it to work so bad! The one thing I will say is after rinsing it out and drying, it gave my hair really nice texture to work with.

I love this natural hair dye, I’ve been using this and mix it with other tones in the Khadi range to get the perfect colour. I use just enough each time to top up my roots and it really is fab.

Meine Haare sind nach der Anwendung tatsächlich dicker oder voller. Auch haben sie mehr Glossing. Plus die Farbe finde ich toll, sie wirkt so natürlich, der Geruch war sehr lecker (ich habe mal eine Teefabrik besichtigt, genauso roch es dort), aber nach Stunden ist man ihn trotzdem überdrüssig. Er bleibt auch nach dem Waschen, natürlich weniger intensiv und vermischt sich mit dem Shampoo... Ich hatte die Farbe zur Grauhhaarabdeckung aufgetragen: meine natürliche Haarfarbe ist dunkler als Sonnenblond und ich hatte gehofft, dass nur die weißen Haare (sind noch sehr wenige) blond werden und die anderen Haare bleiben wie sie sind. Die weißen Haare haben die Färbung nicht besonders gut angenommen, während die anderen Haare dunkler wurden. Ich habe ein zweites Mal mit Sonnenblond gefärbt und nun haben die weißen Haare mehr Farbe aufgenommen (die restlichen Haare aber auch, so dass der Kontrast bleibt: bin jetzt braunhaarig mit vereinzelt blonden Haaren) Im Sonnenlicht blitz es hier und da dennoch weiẞ-grau aus meinen Haaren Die Anwendung ist auch aufwendiger als bei normalen Tönungen / Färbungen. Das zweite Mal habe ich mir aber schon leichter getan, insofern wird es bei dritte Mal bestimmt Trotzdem volle Punktzahl, denn es ist ein Naturprodukt und natürlich funktioniert es anders als Amoniak. Ob ich bei dem Produkt bleibe, hängt davon ab wie lange die grauen Haare gefärbt bleiben (öfter als 6 Wochen will ich nicht färben). Außedem kann ich nicht jedes Mal zwei Mal hintereinander färben. Aber wenn sie langfristig wirklich gesünder/voller/glänzender bleiben als mit den normalen Färbemittlen bleibe ich vielleicht doch dabej

J'ai fait l'expérience du henné en coloration sur ma famille, c'est trop lourd en travail et pas un bon rendu sur les cheveux blancs...

sono allergica da anni a qualsiasi tipo di tintura o prodotto per capelli per decolarare o colorare....provate di tutte e sono finita in ospedale con un edema....ero scettica all'acquisto ma dopo anni di capelli bianchi mi sono convinta: ci ho provato e sono soddisfattissima del prodotto che temevo anche di non sapere usare e invece è abbastanza semplice e i bianchi sono diventati biondi e i castani si sono leggermente schiariti...non un pizzicorio non un fastidio non più prurito! Khadi tutta la vita!!!!
