I was expecting clouds of steam everywhere, so I thought mine were broken. However I contacted the buyer and this was his reply"Dear custom, please kindly note the steam is not so heavy or obvious to see by naked eyes. Its function is to moisten your hair when styling, not to damp it, cloud in the picture is just a vivid description to help customer understand its function.
