The DIRT BOOT range of footwear has been designed to suit the lives of many people from fisherman sport and field sports enthusiast or simply just walking the dog. This mid length muck boot stands 8" tall and and will keep your feet warm in winter and cool in summer due to its cotton lining and full rubber base construction. The lining can be removed if cleaning or airing is required and is a dream to wear and will keep your feet comfortable for any duration. The aggressive none slip soles keep the user standing firm and maintain exceptional grip even on the most slippery surfaces. Another well designed addition to the range of Dirt Boot footwear that packs an almighty punch against the big guns costing twice the price. The best dry, comfy and sure footed boot you will find.

They do some things very well
I take size 11 and can sometimes wear size 12 in walking boots to accommodate thick socks - but with these size 11's I need to wear such thick socks that they're like sleeping bags on each foot. They are VERY big and I'm guessing a 9 would have been a better fit for me. However, they are very comfy when you do get them on and padded out to fit. I like them because I can drive in them and they do keep you feet dry in most conditions, but be warned - they are only waterproof from the ankles down. If you walk through long, wet grass then you will get ingress through the softer, padded uppers and your feet will be wet very quickly, As some other people have mentioned, the zips are a bit fiddly and keep catching the gusset behind them, but that is overcome quite easily when you are prepared for it. It's just a pain and a bad design (needs more gap between stitch seam and zip) but not a deal breaker. I'd buy them again but not for wearing in heavy rain or when grass is knee-high.

A reliable, durable pair of Dirt Boots for a more than reasonable price.
We had a little snow around Christmas time so I attended a well know large sports shop chain paying about £28 for exactly the same styled boots which only lasted 2 weeks before getting holes & falling apart. I've worn these Dirt Boots now each week day ever since going to/from work exactly as my previous costlier pair & they still now on 7/03/2018 they are still going strong & without any defects.

felt like a kid again
Arrived quicker than expected, worn once for fishing. Reasonable fit slightly loose on heel, which tended to drag my socks down, felt like a kid again! I'll try a thicker pair of socks next time which should sort that. Lining nice and cosy so seem to be the ideal fishing boot for me.

Absolutely NOT waterproof
Nicely lined padded interior make these boots very comfortable, however the strip of fabric that runs around the top of the shoe area allows water in. If you are walking in grass or as I was this morning rain, it takes about two minutes for your feet to start getting wet from the top down. Very disappointing.

A good one
I bought a pair of muck boots before and, without wearing extremely thick socks (which you don't want to do when it's warm), they were at least one size too big. I was wondering whether I should order a pair one size too small this time, to compensate. I'm glad I decided not to, 'cos this boot fits well - you feel that it firmly holds your foot when walking on rough terrain. It's got the added advantage of having a zip - loads easier to take off and put on. One of the zips feels a little rough. I hope .this is just a temporary problem

Good for puddle jumping
Good product for £20. Only complaint is that the inner boot/lining is wearing thin after only a couple of months. Have they kept my feet dry - yes. Are they value for money - yes. Would I purchase again - yes.

10 out of 10
One of the best buys ever - dry warm feet everyday!! Its a tiny bit on the big size but I wear 2 pairs of socks which works well.

Warm and waterproof
Taking time to get used to but are comfy and warm and waterproof. Ordered bigger size as this kind of boot usually come up small, but this isn't the case. Only problem I have found is that I have to be very careful when zipping them up as the zip gets caught in the material behind it.
