What diameter is the Bit itself ?

The big one is 1 3/8", and cuts a "flush" edge. The next one is 1 1/8", and cuts a 1/8" rabbet. The next one is 7/8", and cuts a 1/4" rabbet. The next one is 3/4", and cuts a 5/16" rabbet. The next one is 5/8" and cuts a 3/8" rabbet. The next one is 1/2", and cuts a 7/16" rabbet. The 7th and final bit is 3/8", and cuts a 1/2" rabbet. "Nah, that's all there is, DOC!" Happy cutting!

Is the 1/2" spacer only to be used with the 1/2" bearing? Or is it used with the larger bearings also? (Also, not sure of the spacers purpose.)

The 3/8" spacer is used with 3/8" bearing only. The 1/2" spacer is used with the 1/2" bearing only. The spacers make sure that their respective bearings function without being over tightened on the shaft/shank. The larger bearings are large enough to not need a spacer, as their size protects them from over tightening. Hope that made sense.

the header says 1/2" shank, but the product description says 1/4" Which is it?

The product in the illustration shows the number 32-504 on the shaft. According to Freud, the 32-504 has a QUARTER inch (1/4") shaft. I just ordered one; when I get it I'll post again to confirm the shaft size.
