Maldon Sea Salt is a great finishing my salt. It's good on many things, but especially good on steak. Great size & prefer the plastic over the smaller cardboard size.

The flakes have a light crunch but dissolve quickly once you start eating. I don't get the hard mineral crystals that I occasionally ran into with my previous salt. I haven't had that happen with Maldon.We use this on just about everything—eggs, steak, vegetables, homemade bread, and even in baking. It's the only salt we reach for now, and my whole family likes it.I also like that it's a minimally processed sea salt, which was one of the reasons I decided to try it in the first place. When you need sea salt flakes, Maldon is the best. I am allergic to iodine, so I can't have iodized salt. And so, cooking and baking with this salt is a medical must for me. Its taste is amazing.
